1. General

1.1 Acceptance: By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document (Terms of Service or TOS).

 

1.2 Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

 

1.3 References: Clear visual references are crucial for a successful commission. Text descriptions alone may not be sufficient. The more comprehensive your references, the better I can understand and translate your vision into artwork.

 

1.4 Commission Timeline: Please be mindful that creating art takes time. I will prioritize your commission and keep you updated on its progress. However, I do have personal commitments and working hours.

 

1.5 TOS Updates: I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

 

1.6 Age Requirement: By commissioning NSFW/18+ artwork, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Payment and Refunds
 

2.1 Payment Method: All commissions require upfront payment via PayPal.

 

2.2 Refund Policy: You may request a refund at any point during the commission process. If the artwork is already in progress, the refund amount will be determined by the completed work at the time of cancellation.

 

2.3 Finished Work: Refunds are not available for completed artwork.

 

2.4 Cancellation by Artist: I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, with a full refund issued to you.

3.Work Process
 

3.1 Step 1: Reference Gathering and Sketching

• Upon receiving your payment, I will begin by collecting all your references and creating 2-4 concept sketches for your illustration.

3.2 Step 2: Client Review and Feedback

• Once the sketches are complete, I will send them to you for approval. At this stage, you have the opportunity to request modifications regarding positioning, perspective, lighting, or color scheme. Please note that additional requests may incur extra charges. Any changes after this step cannot be accommodated.

3.3 Step 3: Rendering and Progress Updates

• With your approval of the sketch, I will proceed to render the final artwork. During this phase, I aim to provide weekly updates on the progress. Once I feel the piece is nearing completion, I will send you a final preview for your review.

3.4 Step 4: Delivery

• Upon final approval, you will receive the completed artwork in both PNG and original PSD formats via email.

 

4. Character Sheet Commissions

 

4.1 Usage: Character sheets are intended for personal use only.

 

4.2 Content: A standard character sheet includes two full-body illustrations (front and back view), two portraits (front and side view), a color palette, and one accessory.

 

4.3 Timeframe: Character sheet commissions can take between 17-40 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the details.

 

4.4 Additional Accessories: You can request up to two additional accessories (such as weapons) for an additional fee (up to €15) depending on complexity.

 

4.5 Pricing: Character sheet commissions start at €230 without additional accessories.

 

4.6 Availability: Due to the extensive workload involved, only one character sheet commission slot will be available at a time. This ensures timely delivery and prevents overwork. Being waitlisted is an option for interested clients.

 

4.7 References: Similar to other commissions, clear visual references are crucial for character sheet creation.

 

5. Rights and Usage

5.1 Usage Restrictions: All commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

 

5.2 Watermark Removal: Removing my watermark from the artwork is strictly prohibited.

 

5.3 Portfolio and Social Media: I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio and social media promotion.

 

5.4 Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms of Service. I am not liable for any misunderstandings if these terms are not reviewed.

 

5.5 Commercial Use: The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes or claimed as your own.

6. Subject Matter Restrictions

 

6.1 Prohibited Content: I will not accept commissions depicting:

• explicit NSFW (gore, pornography, or violence),

• furry characters,

• standalone backgrounds,

• characters intended to appear underage sexually or suggestively.
